A murder investigation unfolded in Xincang City involving the death of Xiao Hai Yun, the owner of a real estate company. Xiao had recently teamed up with Zhou Guo Qin, a police captain, to uncover corruption within the development zone led by Xu Zhong Lu. Tragically, Zhou died while pursuing the killer. This led to suspicions falling on Jiang Dong Zhi, a taxi driver involved in the case, who decided to go on the run.
