In "Gezan Meshi: Takasaki Hen," the group explores Mount Haruna, the emblematic peak of Takasaki City in Gunma Prefecture, and ascends Mount Haruna Fuji, known for its distinctive Fuji-like shape. Following this, they head to Daizobo Kobayashi, a restaurant located by Lake Haruna's shores. There, they savor beer paired with fried delicacies, including wakasagi fritters and minced meat cutlet croquettes (menkoro), and indulge in udon noodles, a wheat flour specialty of Takasaki. For the first time in the series, there is a "dessert time," concluding the meal with parfaits and pancakes laden with an assortment of fruits from Takasaki.
