Otani Masaru, the office manager at Haruko Clinic, operated by Nakajima Haruko, a renowned cosmetic surgeon from Nagoya, is simultaneously a caring and intimidating husband. He is also a devoted father to his two daughters. After ten years without a break, Otani finally takes his first paid leave and plans a family vacation to Koda Town in Aichi Prefecture. However, during the trip, his wife Sodeko and their daughters, Natsu and Fuyu, express their pent-up worries and frustrations. Things take a turn when Kumi, a maid at their hotel, becomes entangled in the Otani family's issues, threatening to derail what was supposed to be a joyful getaway. What will happen amidst this turmoil that also involves Haruko, the sharp-tongued boss, her friend Kikuchi Izumi, who is unexpectedly in Cambodia, and Wakasugi, the secretary at Haruko Clinic?
