During the early years of the Republic of China, a conflict arose between the leaders of Nanquan, Qiu Zhen Rong, and Du Duo Hao from the North, over control of Taiwan. Qiu Zhen Rong, at the age of 10, witnessed the death of Du Ying Hao, who was revered as a hero for his martial arts skills. Despite Du Ying Hao's kindness, a dispute over Qiu Zhen Rong's fate led to him leaving with Du Ying Hao's wife for Shanghai. Nearly two decades later, Nie Yun (partner of Chou Jun) sought out Du Ying Hao, leading to the discovery that the culprit behind Qiu Zhen Rong's death was Lu San Xiong. Qiu Jun, with the help of Du Ying Hao, confronted Lu San Xiong and Japanese leader Miyamoto Ichiro, who were involved in nefarious activities. Following the September 18th Incident, Du Ying Hao, Qiu Jun, Qiu Zhen, and others joined forces to combat Lu San Xiong and resist the Japanese invasion of China.
