Neo Ultra Q is a Japanese TV show created by Tsuburaya Productions as part of the Ultra Series. It is considered a follow-up to the original Ultra Q series, which was the first installment in the Ultra Series.

Mado Ring Zaruba, the mentor of the original Garo, is a wise figure from the Saezima clan who offers guidance but rarely speaks to Ryuuga. Burai, a Makai Priest partnered with Aguri and mentor to Rian, fights using a Makai Beast named Ragou and shares a mysterious past with Ryuuga. Enhou, the female leader of the special forces task force SG1, suspects Ryuuga's involvement in the appearance of Horrors in Vol City, although she is unsure of his exact role.

In Dragon Blood, Suzumura Rei continues to combat Horrors in a particular city. One day, he encounters Hiromi Alice, a young woman passionate about photography. Alice becomes intrigued by Rei after witnessing Makai Knight ZERO in action.
