Dr. Ma Jia, a physician from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University, unexpectedly joined the 25th Chinese medical team sent to assist Sanna in Africa. He faced challenges due to the stark differences in environment and culture between China and Africa, leading to moments of both perseverance and doubt. Through adjusting his mindset and overcoming obstacles, Dr. Ma Jia gained a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Chinese doctor providing aid abroad.
